Cancellation Policy

At FIFTH Hair Studio, we pride ourselves on providing a peaceful, one-on-one experience. To ensure fairness to all our valued clients, our cancellation policy requires 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this 24-hour period, or no-shows, will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service bill. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to continue offering affordable, high-quality hair services.

 

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because this is a private home salon, I’m unable to fill last-minute cancellations easily. Please review the following policy before booking:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • I ask that you please give me at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Future bookings may require a deposit to secure the appointment.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Why This Policy Exists

As a small home-based salon, each appointment time is carefully reserved. Late cancellations impact my schedule and other clients who may be waiting for availability. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
