Cancellation Policy
At FIFTH Hair Studio, we pride ourselves on providing a peaceful, one-on-one experience. To ensure fairness to all our valued clients, our cancellation policy requires 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this 24-hour period, or no-shows, will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service bill. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to continue offering affordable, high-quality hair services.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because this is a private home salon, I’m unable to fill last-minute cancellations easily. Please review the following policy before booking:
Cancellations & Rescheduling

I ask that you please give me at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Future bookings may require a deposit to secure the appointment.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Why This Policy Exists
As a small home-based salon, each appointment time is carefully reserved. Late cancellations impact my schedule and other clients who may be waiting for availability. Thank you for respecting my time and business.
